Our current major employer is from Minnesota. In Minnesota, the initial licensure for Registered Nurse requires Credentials Evaluation Service Professional Report CES and English Language Proficiency Exam Results.
Ready Care Staffing facilitates CES to help applicants secure licensure and employment in the United States. This report assesses the competencies of foreign-educated nurses demonstrating the merits of applicant credentials
For a foreign-born RN to work in the USA, she/he must first:
- Obtain a college degree in nursing;
- Get a license in your home country as an RN;
- Pass an English Examination;
- Pass the NCLEX examination;
- Get a job offer from a U.S. employer;
- Get an RN license in the state of intended employment;
- Obtain a VisaScreen certificate;
- Get the approval of an I-140 visa petition;
- US visa immigrant visa of if in the US apply for adjustment of status; and
- And when the RN is interviewed for an immigrant visa, spouses and children will also be interviewed and granted immigrant visas together with the RN.
Training and Education through Ready Care
Orientation: Before staff are placed on work site. Ready Care brings staff to our office for orientation to participate in comprehensive clinical training and U.S Assimilation training to ensure staff are adequately trained for success in life and work in the US.
